ORDER DEADLINES
We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holidays.
Order processing can take 1-3 business days.
Wednesday, 12:00pm PST: Last day to ship 2-Day Ground for delivery by Friday.Â
Thursday, 12:00pm PST: Last day to ship Next Day for delivery Friday.Â
BACK ORDERS
Due to the nature of our products, our inventory changes on a daily, and even hourly basis. While we strive to fill and ship orders immediately and completely, there may be times we will need to hold the full order to ship as soon as possible. or split the order in multiple shipments. For split orders, we do not charge any additional shipping to the original agreed upon shipping cost.Â
CLAIMS
If you encounter an issue with your order, please notify us of any issues within 24 hours upon receival of live product.
PACKAGING
Our products are packaged with sustainability in mind. All Products are shipped in ventilated or insulated boxes.Â
SPECIAL ORDERS
Any special order items cannot be canceled or returned.Â
